Returns

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original packaging where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale and outlet items are sold as described and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Non-fault returns

  • For non-fault returns, including change of mind, incompatibility, or misuse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-fault returns.
  • A 2% transaction fee applies to all non-fault returns because Shopify does not refund transaction fees on processed payments.

Fault-related returns

  • If a product is returned as faulty but our inspection confirms that it is in working condition, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received your ref'und within 14 days, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
  • If the issue continues, please contact us.
