Returns
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original packaging where applicable.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-returnable items
- Sale and outlet items are sold as described and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Non-fault returns
- For non-fault returns, including change of mind, incompatibility, or misuse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-fault returns.
- A 2% transaction fee applies to all non-fault returns because Shopify does not refund transaction fees on processed payments.
Fault-related returns
- If a product is returned as faulty but our inspection confirms that it is in working condition, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds

- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received your ref'und within 14 days, please contact your bank or payment provider first.
