We do not offer refunds for:
Accidental damage
Improper use or misuse

The warranty does not cover:

• Outlet items.
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or external factors includes but is not limited to broken battery doors, lens damage, and body damage due to impact, water, or sand infiltration.

• For valid claims, we will repair or replace or refund the camera within 14 working days after receiving it.
• The warranty starts the moment the camera is marked as delivered.
