Customer are responsible for return shipping costs for non-fault returns (e.g., change of mind, incompatibility, or misuse).
A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-fault returns.
A 2% transaction fee will apply to all non-fault returns. This is due to Shopify's policy of not refunding transaction fees on processed payments.
Fault-Related Return
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, if a customer returns a camera as faulty, but our inspection confirms it is in working condition.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
