Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Outlet items are sold as described and are not eligible for returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Non-Fault Return

  • Customer are responsible for return shipping costs for non-fault returns (e.g., change of mind, incompatibility, or misuse).
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-fault returns.
  • A 2% transaction fee will apply to all non-fault returns. This is due to Shopify's policy of not refunding transaction fees on processed payments.

Fault-Related Return

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, if a customer returns a camera as faulty, but our inspection confirms it is in working condition.

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
